Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch to Open at Sanford’s Goss Farms

Sanford’s Goss Farms will open Saturday, September 29 at 10:00 am for their 2018 season!

Are you ready to get lost? Their 2018 maze consists of three puzzles containing a little over four miles of winding pathways in a 10-acre field of corn, one of the largest in the the area. Guests track their progress through the maze by punching a card given to them at the entrance to the maze. Staff and maps are stationed throughout the maze to assist guests. The farm used for their maze has been owned and farmed by the Gross family for over five generations!

The pumpkin patch is located adjacent to the corn maze this year, so visitors can walk right out in the patch! This year’s crop should be ready around the second week in October.

And there’s nothing quite like a hayride on a crisp fall afternoon or evening with family and friends. A straw filled wagon transports visitors around the working farm.

Gross Farms also has a play area. Kids can enjoy sailing on the ship, standing in the top of the castle, climbing the new Tire Mountain, or racing on either of the new John Deere Pedal Kart tracks. Other attractions include Tom’s Tunnel, a 40 ft. 2-lane slide and a large picnic area that is located next to the maze. A concessions stand is stocked with snacks, homemade ice cream, and beverages.
